Our exclusive Red Carpet Delivery starts with a thorough inspection in our Distribution Center of the merchandise to be delivered, so that upon arrival, everything is in perfect condition and ready for your home, whether you live next door, in Kansas City or Nebraska! 

Your purchase will be carefully loaded, protected with padding and delivered by our own delivery team using our own trucks.

Delivery includes assembly, set-up and removal of all packaging materials. It can include removal of your old mattress if you have requested this service in advance. Delivery does not include removal of old furniture and/or the rearranging of furniture.

In preparation for your delivery, ensure that the area where you would like your mattress is free and clear of any items that may obstruct the passageway of the delivery team. Our team cannot be responsible for moving your existing furniture, televisions, stereo equipment or other household belongings.

We will ensure you receive the full benefit of factory warranties.
